About Lake Gem Elementary

Located in the heart of Orlando, Florida, Lake Gem Elementary School is part of the Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) district and proudly serves a diverse and vibrant student population. With a strong commitment to academic excellence and character development, Lake Gem provides a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally. The school emphasizes a rigorous curriculum focused on reading, math, writing, science, and technology, preparing students for success in today’s world. Lake Gem is also known for its engaging student recognition programs, including quarterly awards ceremonies that celebrate achievements in academics, attendance, citizenship, and reading.
